HUNT TEST RULES AND REGULATIONS (CKC)
Participation
The CKC shall not be responsible to any member, person, partnership, club or corporation for any loss, damage or injury arising at or by reason of any hunt test held under any rules adopted by the CKC.
AMENDMENDS
These rules are subject to amendments by the Board.
Amendments to these rules may also be proposed by a person, association, club, representative group or body by presenting such proposal to the Board for its consideration. In such circumstances, the Board will forward the proposal to the Retriever Council for its consideration and input, prior to the Board making its final decision.
Any amendment to these rules shall be approved by a simple majority vote of the Board.
The effective date of any approved amendment shall be set by the Board.
The Board, at its sole discretion, may choose to perform a non-binding poll of the membership to attain general input prior to making a final decision on any proposed amendment to these rules.
Upon the Board making its final decision with respect to any amendment to these rules, the membership shall be advised by placing a notice in the Official Section as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible.
